Asosiy funksional vazifalar

The Chief Methodologist performs the following duties:

  • Complies with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulatory legal acts;

  • Ensures timely execution of tasks assigned by leadership orders and instructions;

  • Monitors and analyzes the development of the HR service of the preschool and school education system at city/district level;

  • Prepares and submits statistical reports on staffing;

  • Develops job descriptions in cooperation with structural units;

  • Organizes selection and formation of the кадровый reserve (talent pool);

  • Cooperates with the State Civil Service Development Agency;

  • Organizes transparent and open competitions for vacant positions;

  • Implements meritocracy principles in recruitment;

  • Controls compliance with labor discipline;

  • Participates in evaluating staff performance;

  • Ensures official registration of labor relations and maintenance of electronic labor records;

  • Analyzes staffing levels of pedagogical personnel;

  • Forms statistical data and submits them to higher authorities;

  • Reviews applications from individuals and legal entities;

  • Complies with professional ethics, anti-corruption, labor safety, and fire safety rules;

  • Prevents dissemination of information damaging the reputation of the education system;

  • Ensures proper use of assigned property;

  • Performs other duties in accordance with legislation.
